Residential Phasing Details
'Peter's Village', as the development is currently named, will be constructed in a series of phases by house building companies, once the main roads have been put in place by Trenport, the site's owners. The development of each phase will require separate approvals of the Council. The details of how the development will look will be subject to consultation at that time. Local facilities - such as the primary school and community centre - will be provided as the development progresses in accordance with a timetable agreed with the Council.
The first plan below shows how the whole site is divided into phases A to N. The development will then progress broadly in line with the remaining phases as shown, until the final phase N is completed.
You can also click on to each individual phase A to N and enlarge them separately to see approximately how many dwellings will be built in each phase.
